Hang Tags

Your logo and/or artwork can be printed on various materials to brand your clothing line, i.e., paper stock (10pt, 12pt, 16pt), canvas, cotton, PVC, leather, etc.  The tags can be produce in any shape, size, and colors.  Enhancements are available for a superb finish look, i.e., eyelet, strings, pins. These features will make your custom tags stand out.

Heat Transfer Labels

Known as ‘tag-less’ labels which is another type of custom labels to promote your brand on a garment. They are applied directly onto the garment using heat press.  They stretch with fabric, soft to the touch, and will not irritate the human skin.  Your logo or design are made on vinyl ; iron on vinly, t-shirt vinly, or HTV.  It is designed with heat activated adhesive to work with fabric surface that can stand the heat. They are available in either rolls or sheets.

Patches

Patches may be made in various ways with numerous fabrics and or material.  Most patches are custom made with size, color and ground material, i.e., square, rectangular, circular, die cut.  Most common patches are embroidered, woven with merrowed edge, digital, leather, and canvas.  The backing of the patch is cut into it’s shape of the logo/design and heat seal to prevent fraying and adhesive may be applied for easy stitching.

Printed Fabric Labels

Custom printed fabric labels are made on a variety of materials, i.e., satin polyester, coated polyester, taffeta, polyester taffeta, nylon, acetate, cotton, tyvek, tear away.  It is another way to create an identification branding for your clothing line.  The use for printed fabric labels are : brand/main, size, care, flag, tracking, QR Code, and manufactured special labels.  Your design will be produce on PVC plates and then print on Flexo machine, finished with various cutting process.

PVC Labels

PVC is made of soft PVC rubber and considered a special tags for clothing.  They are usually sewn on clothing, hats, and shoes, etc.  It’s a valuable and effective elements for branding your apparel/merchandising. PVC is made of durable plastic, waterproof, great for outside garment applications and  can handle roughest environment.  It may be made with various shapes, die cut, 3D, debossed, and embossed.

Woven Labels

Custom woven labels are made up of polyester threads that are woven together on a loom with your logo/design.  Woven labels are made with various grounds :

• Taffeta uses polyester threads, thicker, stiffer fabric, lower in cost and more economical
• Satin made from polyester thread that are soft and shiny, soft to the touch, i.e., baby, infant clothing, etc. It creates a luxurious look and can achieve vintage styles.  Satin woven labels are durable and can withstand through washes, wear and tear.
• Damask is most common clothing labels as it uses thin yarn denier and can achieve sharpness of artwork. It is 100% polyester damask threads which has the highest thread count.  This is the best quality of labels, soft and durable, shows small details of design, offer best variety of color options, and at a higher price range.
